Teena Sudhir
Teena has a master’s degree in psychology and is a special educator and counselling psychologist by profession. She has almost a decade of experience in tutoring kids with intellectual disability and global developmental delay through structured and curated IEP. Designed a differentiated math and science curriculum for both general and special needs children.
She is a certified play therapist from National Play Therapy, India. She has worked with kids with Autism, anxiety disorders and anger issues to help them gain insight and understand their experiences. She is a trained CBT practitioner and has helped adolescents to develop coping strategies in decreasing their problematic behaviour and building emotional resilience.
Her vision to develop a unique digitalized platform for NIOS curriculum to cater to the SEN community has led to the initiation of Tacit EduTech. Her role in Tacit is to plan, adapt and present lessons to meet the individual needs of SEN community using visual, auditory, Kinaesthetic and tactile aids
